OTBI skills proficiency level

Question

Hi all,

We need to take the gap between the Proficency Rating and the Required Proficency Level for the employees. We are looking for this fields in the OTBI:

We are using the  "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time"."- Competencies"."Proficiency" and the "Workforce Profiles - Model Profile Real Time"."-  Competencies"."Minimum Proficiency" fields but they don't match with the UI data attached before.

We have also try with the "Workforce Profiles - Model Profile Real Time"."-  Competencies"."Maximum Proficiency" and "Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time"."- Competencies"."Performance Rating" but they also don't match.

Should we use another Subject Area or should this field appear in another section?

Hello,

Thanks for your answer. We have reasons to believe that it could be a mapping error in OTBI. In the UI we have the next information.

In OTBI instead, the data does not fix at all. We have same data in both columns but not always for the same field. In the example in the carter we can see that we have both values but in the same column.
