noticed Saw server crash

below error in  Jh.log

As per the blogs and Oracle support docs

this type of error is because of export to excel or Graph not displayed (like graphic engine not responding)

we have 100s of these errors in saw  &  jh logs in last 24 hrs

some body please help us what might be the exact issue... we have usage tracking enabled and 1000's of reports were ran during the time.

what might be the issue and

is there  a way we can find the exact report which might caused crash of saw server....
