Hi Team,
After installation of OAS 7.6 , the analytics login page gets timed out and throws the following
Error 500--Internal Server Error

whereas the xmlpserver page fails to load with this error : "Server not initialized. Please make sure analytics services are running."
All the services are up and running. Request guidance on this ,thanks.

Please make sure that all the deployments in the Weblogic console is active. We will have to bi_server1 logs to investigate further on this issue.

Hi BalagurunathanBagavathy-Oracle
Yes all deployments are active (there are 131 in all).
Can I attach the bi server logs here ?

I would suggest you to log a SR with the diagnostic dump attached. This helps to analyze the logs to investigate this issue further.

Welcome to the Oracle Analytics Community!
The thread is two years old, better if you open a new thread and provide all your relevant details (OAS update, patches applied, platform, etc.)
There could be multiple root causes, first step is to check that the application in running via the Weblogic Console > Deployments
No need to reply here as the thread will be closed.0
