Schedule a Publisher Report
Our goal is to create a publisher report to schedule, in order to send the report via email to a group of users. We have successfully configured email delivery in the appropriate administration section. However, when trying to schedule the report and going to the job report history, an error of this type is observed: Delivery to email completed with failure. Invalid Addresses - Message has not been sent for following invalid addresses: ''. We tried to use other destination mails with a different domain, but without success and getting the same error. At the same time, sending agents via analytics, which uses the same SMPT server, works fine. We tried to configure the connection to the publisher for another instance and everything works correctly: from the success message in the job report history to the sending of the report via email. Also, we opened an SR at the end of June, but we still haven't found a solution to our problem. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

Hi @User_37WK8 ,
Could you please confirm that you are using the same SMTP details and approved sender for both Publisher and agent deliveries? If so, I would expect it to work with Publisher as well.
Did you try to create a new OAC instance in the same tenancy and compartment using the same SMTP and approved sender? Does it work? If so, it would be easier to migrate your metadata to this new instance.

Hi @User_37WK8
Are you able to see any Error from Diagnostic Log file? What is your SR number

Hi Arjun,
our SR number is the following: 3-37427598801. This problem is on the cloud. We can see the scheduling history in the report job history. Where can we find the error diagnostic log file you cite?
