Bi Publisher was working before but now it is disabled and even after new installation cannot activate.
Have tried all the steps found online but all in vain.

When Add-in is selected and > Manage > Go check box is checked still add in is not activated.
Also tried TBAddUser it displays message for activation but the publisher is disabled,.

I'm facing the same issue in different notebooks. Using windows 10 and 11 with office 365 (64-bit).
I am running into this same issue. I have tried to enable the add-in in Word > Options > Add-Ins innumerable times today and it will not work. I downloaded and installed the most current version (64-bit) from PeopleSoft yesterday and was able to work on my templates for a few hours, but today, I'm not able to get the Publisher on my menu bar. Windows 10 Pro version 22H2, Word version is 2407. I am able to access Publisher on Excel.
