Can we have multiple RTF templates as links instead of tabs in BIP report?

Instead of having as tabs in case of multiple templates, we would like to have them as links in single view/screen, in one page.

Attached the usual format, which we don't want to have.

Please let me know if there are any suggestions to have it as links.
