Add a URL in the web application field from the tool structure

I want to embed Fusion Analytics in our fusion environment. I am doing it through the structure tool with a sandbox. Could you tell me where the values for the Web application field are created:

I checked a demo, and I could notice that this value is a custom value.

Where do I add these values to that field? or how can I embed FDI in Fusion?

Thank you for the question. I'm not sure where the values for the Web application field are created.
