24C OTBI Enhancement: Email a link to analysis results - Not working

We see a new 24C feature listed as OTBI product enhancement. But we do not see any option on how to use that functionality. Can someone please assist here. The link Oracle provided under "Create Agents to Deliver Content" do not have steps/ instructions to use this feature i.e., Email a link to analysis results.

I got the solution. Posting it here for reference.

To enable this feature, In the BI Administration > Manage Privileges - The privilege ‘Deliver Content Link in Email’ by default mapped to ‘Denied: Authenticated user’ i.e., disables this feature for all users. It should be mapped to BI Consumer Role.
