Ability to conditionally display DV visualizations

This would be similar to Classic's ability to conditionally display dashboard sections based on a criteria.

Our business example is to show a chart which has either monthly or cumulative metrics. This part is already possible using parameters and a prompt. However, in our case 5 metrics are shown in the cumulative view, but only 3 of those metrics are applicable in the monthly view. We have tried to null or zero out the inapplicable metrics in the monthly view depending on the parameter but the chart will still show those metrics in the legend and/or in the chart as zeros. If there was a conditional display option at the visualization level we could swap in/out the monthly and cumulative charts depending on the parameter value. Alternatively, if there was a way to conditionally turn on/off display at the column level that would work too.
