An custom object(custom api) was build in cloud Solicitation modules, we want to extract the data from the custom object into on prem data warehouse

and also add this column into existing OTBI subject area.

This custom api stores the data into hz_ref_entities table. Is there an View object for this table?

    Hi WJOEV,

You cannot add custom column to a subject area in OTBI.

Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is packaged up in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications hosted as a Software as a Service. Our vendor Oracle does not give us the administrator privileges to edit the subject areas in the metadata repository database (RPD).

The only presentation columns we can add to subject areas are by running the biextender scheduled process "Import Oracle Fusion Data Extensions for Transactional Business Intelligence" to bring in Key/Extensible/Descriptive Flexible Fields KFF/EFF/DFF that we have configured as BI Enabled.

You can review the data lineage to the subject areas to see what is mapped for use

To "bulk" extract data to an external data warehouse have a look at using a cloud extract in BICC
