FDI - Options to schedule individual Offering/Functional Areas

It would be great if we have an option to configure and schedule data loads by offerings/functional areas grouped logically similar to BI apps(where we can configure procurement and SCM loads and schedule them to run on a specific time and on a different frequencies) rather than relying on the current core Pipeline settings data load that runs only once on a specific time and cant be executed more frequently.

Use cases ;

use case 1: Business units located across globe on different time zones needs their latest data to be available before their business starts . Example BU located in India (IST) time , NZ (NZ TIme) and USA (PST , EST , CST) . if we have option to schedule individual offerings/functional on a specific time and interval and different frequencies then we could get the latest data for each bu's .

Example:

Financial /Receivable - will execute once at 6 AM IST (5:30 PM PST) to serve BU in India.

Financial /Receivable - will execute once more at 4 AM PST (4:30 PM IST) to service BU in USA pst time.

Financial /Receivable - will execute once at 5 AM NZT (10:00 AM PST) to service BU in NewZealand nzt time.

use case 2. Cost processer in Fusion Application completes at 2:30 am PT but FDI pipe line scheduled to run at 9 PM PT which cant be postponed as our business starts at 4 am EST (7 AM PT) considering Pipe line itself runs for about 5+ hours. Due to this currently - our Data warehouse have 2 days old item costs.

SCM/Cost Accounting - Execute once after Fusion Cost processer completes
