Cells are not merged for formulas

Question

Dear All,

I have developed a custom OTBI report to retrieve data related to the payable module; however, invoice number and supplier number are merged when the data is equal, but the formulas associated with the invoice are not merged when the data is the same and are duplicated in many cells.

The suppress option is not working fine for formulas:

Is there a way to achieve that for formulas? Could you please advise?

Dearest George,

I think you can not suppress if it is a calculated value, For my sample OTBI below what I did is use a sub total. Hope this will help your requirement.

This is expected behavior and alternative is pivot view usage.
