Option in Visualization setting to restrict user to drag table borders to resize the layout

Currently, users can drag the borders of the table/pivot view and change the length/width of the report and when they click on Reset OAC is auto-fits.

Ask is -

Option to restrict users from changing the length/width of the table
When click on reset it should reset to the size to the way workbook is save, it should auto-fit
