Currently as part of the dataset management wizard, administrator users can currently view the list of users and the storage size consumed by datasets created by users against their quota.

However, there is a crucial need for an enhanced feature that enables administrators to monitor and identify datasets, dataflows, and workbooks that consume excessive system resources, potentially causing system slowdowns or instability.

The feature would provide insights into the top resource-consuming datasets, dataflows, and workbooks, highlighting inefficient designs or practices by end users.

Key Benefits:

• Facilitates user education around optimal design and usage best practices.
• Encourages customer self-service by identifying and resolving performance issues internally, reducing reliance on Oracle support or operations teams.
• Improves system stability by identifying inefficient resource usage.
• Enables administrators to take proactive actions before performance degradation occurs.
• Provides insights for scaling decisions, helping to balance system performance and cost-effectiveness.

This feature would complement the existing dataset management wizard by providing a more complete picture of resource consumption and enabling more effective system and capacity planning.
