Custom Properties Scorecard Management

Hi everyone,
I have some problem with my Scorecard Managemenet. I created scorecard and it's working fine, but I can't edit it.
Then I try edit it I have give error that someone with some number/code edit it now.
In scorecard properties I see something like that:
There is in Customer Properties: CurrenltyEditBy and I think that is USER ID or USER QUID.
Is it possible to pull those numbers for all users running on obiee?
Maybe they are stored in some table?
