Hi,

There is a requirement to built a dashboard to monitoring the OTBI Reports usage. I'm using the 'OTBI Usage Real Time' subject area for that. I need to capture usage only from the particular folder. However im trying to filter with the report path, i'm not getting the targeted folder in drop down.

Kindly let me know how to resolve this.

Hi, Yes that is correct. You cannot resolve it. The subject areas for usage/performance only shows you queries from analysis and prompts to subject areas in metadata repository database RPD in OTBI. It does not show you the usage of reports with data models with data sets that do not query subject areas in OTBI. For usage tracking of reports in OTBI you need to install the auditViewDB.

    Hi Nathan,

Thanks for your reply. But i'm checking regarding the OTBI reports only. We have built few reports and dashboards on OTBI and those report names are listing down when i use the OTBI- Usage real time subject area. I'm looking for the solution to retrieve all the OTBI analysis/Reports that we used.
