in Oracle Analytics Publisher

We have installed a publisher 12c version, but after registering on a publisher, we receive an error when we make changes or share it with other users. Anyone experiencing this problem? How should we solve it?

    "after registering on a publisher" means after deploying the template/interactive report ?
