I'm trying this but for the same Enterprise Hire Date I got different results. Why?

I also tried the following but I got similar results:

SUM(TIMESTAMPDIFF(SQL_TSI_YEAR, "HCM - Workforce Core"."Employment Information"."Enterprise Hire Date", CURRENT_DATE))
