Unresolved accounts in Catalog Folder Permissions
FDI instance provisioning is done and logged into Analytics for the first time. When checked the permissions on the catalog folders, there are many accounts listed with Unresolved accounts. How to identify these accounts and resolve the error and also It seems only Service Administrator has the access to view the prebuilt report?

@MandeepGupta no there were no changes done on usernames. I followed the document (
Doc ID 2958645.1)
and it has been mentioned to create and export snapshot from OAC console and open that in offline mode using Catalog manager. but in FDI OAC console, we dont have option to take snapshot. Only Bundles of catalog content can be taken. Do we have any other option or am i missing any steps ?0 -

You can correctly observe the permissions in the DV. It might be helpful to open a support ticket to address the issue of viewing permissions accurately in the classic version.

You can use export and import or archive and unarchive depending on whether you are using dv or classic.
