Hi everyone ,

I am trying to login to analytics but unable to logic ,can anyone help me with issue ,

sawlog:

State: 08004.  Code: 10018.  [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: 08004] [nQSError: 10018] Access for the requested connection is refused.

[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.

    Hi,

    I know i don't have much info to pinpoint the issue, As this seems to be issue with security and the error suggests you have either changed the RPD or catalog recently. Perform GUID refresh and try the same.

    Are u able to login EM or Console? If so, the issue is with your BISystemUser. You have to sync the password of BISystemUser in both EM and console.

    As @Gianni Ceresa mentioned, it depends on whether @user13697368 is referring to OBIEE 11g or OBIEE 12c. User GUIDs don't exist in OBIEE 12c.

    Could you provide some more information like screenshots, log files( sawnlog.log, nqserver.log), OBIEE version numbers etc if you want to get some help from this forum
