Date format parameter on excel report

Question

Hi

I have an OTBI report with excel template; on the template there are 2 parameters that contain date inserted from user.

The date format of the parameter is : dd-MM-yyyy

but when it is printed on the excel it comes out with the format (iso 1860): ie. 2023-12-25T00:00:00.000+00:00

Is there a way to change this forma without change the excel template ?

Hi alby_b,

Can you try the following:

Edit the analysis in OTBI → Click on Criteria Tab → Select Column Properties → Data Format → Override Default Data Format → Select custom  and from the drop down select the required date format → click Ok → Save the report → Test the export and let me know the results.
