Is there any process to create Custom PVO's on oracle fusion custom tables to export data using BICC connector. If yes, what are permission roles required to develop.

You need to have the below access : BIACM_ADMIN, kindly follow the steps from the below document: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/applications-common/24d/biacc/provision-a-user-with-access-to-bicc.html You can also refer to the Master Note on BICC : Fusion Applications Technology: Master Note On Fusion BICCC Cloud Extraction (Doc ID 2387187.1)
