Allow Number formatting on for conditional formatting legend labels

Edit: Can be done using legend formatting.
A chart data value can be set to Appreviate (M for example).
However conditional formatting rules are non-abbreviated and so display as legend labels displaying the full numerical value.
Should be able to set the number format of the conditional format legend to the same as the data values.
