Report formatting issues in PPT output

We have a report displaying Performance * Potential matrix of an employee in table layout. The direction of the text (letter Potential) changes from vertical to horizontal when previewed in PPT format. The alignment looks fine in PDF format.

By raising SR, we got to know below information:

"As per internal investigation and KM search, this is expected behavior.

BI Publisher can generate the RTF template as PowerPoint output enabling you to get report data only. Currently, the PowerPoint document generated is a simple export of the formatted data and charts to PowerPoint.

So, this is meaning that other format text setup are not working with rtf template when generate the PowerPoint Output and no Workaround is available."

Hence, raising this idea to highlight the formatting issues in PPT output.

This will be a great enhancement. Simple export to PPT output will not be a workable solution in all the cases. Formatting is definitely needed to present data.
