The Oracle R&A system has been experiencing a critical issue involving login failures for over two weeks. Despite multiple escalations, the problem remains unresolved, causing significant disruptions.
Hi @User_7NA5B,
Since you appear to be encountering a general Oracle Cloud account issue, and not a specific analytics issue, then you may want to post in this community: https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/categories/oci-cloud-infrastructure-general
or in the Hospitality forum https://community.oracle.com/industries/hgbu
Otherwise, please file a Service Request for assistance at
https://support.oracle.com
Any idea about this issue ?!
Hi,
As said earlier by Steve, your picture show the global Oracle Cloud account login screen, not an Oracle Analytics screen. Therefore your issue seems to be a cloud user issue, which is covered in a different forum (Steve provided 2 links), and if you can't get your cloud account administrator to solve your cloud account login issue, you can raise a SR with support (link posted above).
That's all we can say with the available information as it isn't "inside" an Analytics product.
Similar suggestions are available in the "Need help signing in?" link visible in your screenshot: it's a cloud account authentication issue, not an analytics issue.

The difference column is a calculation, and I would like to average that row.
We are trying to convert our OAS reports to OAC and one of the parameters in the where clause of the report is what I am trying to make in OAC. I created a calculation as follows and I am trying to put it into a filter . The code validates EVALUATE('GREATEST ( TRUNC ( NVL (%1, TO_DATE (''1/1/2013'', ''mm/dd/yyyy'') ) ),…
