We are doing an upgrade RPD,Web Catalog from OBIEE 10G to OBIEE 11.1.1.9.160719.
So do we need any Post Upgrade Patch need to Applied?
Please help us with suggesting Post Upgrade Patch which we can use.

Hi,
Just to give you a brief of the Document shared by Thomas , First you have to Upgrade from 10g to 11.1.1.9.0. This will be a out of place upgrade, which means you will install 11.1.1.9.0 separately and then upgrade the repository and catalog using the upgrade assistant.
To go to 11.1.1.9.160719, you have to apply patch set 23703078

We have done an RPD and Webcatalog upgrade from OBIEE 10G to OBIEE 11.1.1.9.160719, Here RPD upgrade from 10G to 11g successful, but webcatalog is failing with these errors.
Can you please help us to fix this issues.
Please help me if we need to apply any patch before running Upgrade or after upgrade.
