Enhancement Idea: Provide the option to fully hide a section when applying conditions in Auto Fit

We are looking to create a compelling landing page for our custom reports built in OAC/FDI. As part of this, we we looking to create sections on this landing page first by Application/Workstream (i.e., Finance, Supply Chain, HCM) then by Process Area (e.g., GL, Inventory, Payroll). In order to make the landing page user-specific the intent is to hide those sections that do not apply to a given user according to their security groups. We are able to do this, but the way conditional hiding of visualizations works in Auto Fit is to leave an empty space where the section would have appeared. At best, this makes the landing page look disjointed and at worst, it hides a user's list of reports where they need to scroll down past the whitespace to see their sections.
The reason this is happening is, according to the documentation available at https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/paas/analytics-cloud/acubi/using-parameters-conditionally-show-or-hide-visualizations.html#GUID-C544DE8D-AB3C-4119-B61C-DF9ADD0A92A0
When a visualization is conditionally hidden, the canvas layout doesn't change. This means that if you design the canvas layout using Auto Fit, when the visualization is hidden, there's an empty space where it was on the canvas. You can use the Freeform canvas layout to overlay visualizations on top of each other so that one is shown in the space on the canvas while the other is hidden.
The recommendation to use Freeform canvas layout to overlay visualizations doesn't address the many possible options for the sections a user could have access to see. We can't overlay sections if a user might have access to both because then it would look worse than blank space.
In the end, we would like the hide section feature within Auto Fit to work more like the hide section feature works in Classic, where the entire section is completely removed from the layout as if it weren't there in the first place.
