OBIEE 12c logs not purging as configured

When I log into Enterprise Manager and click on the "Target Log Files.." button, it shows a bunch of logs such as admin, server, diagnostics, BI, etc. This list keeps on growing and it doesn't seem to purge based on the log settings. For example in Weblogic, I had adjust the Admin Server and BI Server log file retention from 100 to 50, but it keeps on growing. Also in Enterprise Manager, the log configuration is to only keep 3 days, but I'm seeing over than 1 month.
Dose anyone know how to configure OBIEE 12c logs so it purges the older ones automatically? Is it a defect that it's not purging now?

As time goes by, the logs are getting purged. But I'm still not sure what setting controls what logs since there are way too many in OBIEE!
