BIP report when exported in EXCEL, data from filled cells is moving to blank cells

Question

Few of the columns in Excel have blank cells (no data for those records). So, the column which has the data, it's values are shifting towards the cells which are blank and getting filled in there.

This makes the data inaccurate.

Please note that column I, J and K in Excel are a splited column in RTF(One column splitted into three via RTF)

Please please help!!!!!!!!!

Can you try setting the "Keep values in the column" - True under report properties → formatting → Excel 2007 output and try again?
