Unable to generate a BIP reports on fusion getting an error "IO Error : Connection Closed"

Has anyone recently faced issue with the BIP Report which is getting failed in PROD with an error: - IO Error : Connection Closed
However the same report goes success in lower PODs. Kindly suggest if this is an Oracle Bug / any workaround to this issue.
We have tried to schedule the report / re-select Data Model but no luck.

From the screenshot, it appears that you are using OTBI BIP. Could you kindly confirm? Additionally, have you verified if there are any differences in the queries between the successful and unsuccessful runs across environments? Lastly, does the report error out immediately, or does it run for some time before the error appears?

Hi Sumanth V -Oracle/ @Raktim_Pal-IBM
This issue is happening for one of the BIP Report in PROD. I checked the physical query from lower environment to PROD and there is no change.
And we are getting this error in next 1minute. It is not even running longer.
Has anybody faced this issue in their projects, kindly comment here (if possible, with solution)
Thanks,
Keerthana.

@KeerthanaBaskaran - Please confirm which application are you using. Is it On-prem Oracle Analytics Publisher or OTBI BIP or OAC BIP.

To debug the issue, better to schedule this report and enable the diagnostic log to review/find the root cause of the issue-
If you are unable to find, please log an SR to team

Arjun

Can you copy the report and data model in my folders and try there? Also, I would suggest you to raise an Oracle SR in the meantime.
Thanks.
