Hello Oracle Community,
A client has been encountering an issue with their OTBI agents, which have been running smoothly for the past few years. Recently, the agents no longer run automatically unless they are logged in. When they open OTBI and manually trigger the agent, it runs perfectly, but unless they are logged in and actively watching the process, the agents do not execute as expected.
The client has already tried troubleshooting with the following steps:
- Verified the agent schedule and ownership settings.
- Ensured that the agent’s associated user account has the necessary permissions.
- Checked if the agents are set to run autonomously (independent of a logged-in session).
- Tested the delivery profile for issues.
- Cleared the browser cache and tested with a different browser.
Despite these efforts, the issue persists. Has anyone experienced something similar or can provide further guidance on what could be causing this? Any documentation or suggestions would be appreciated!
