OEDQ: ORA-00928: missing SELECT keyword (Code 2,078)

I am attempting to export data from Staged Data into a Oracle Database.   I have exported from this staged data to this Oracle schema before, but I sporadically get this error.  Also, I am not able to

add this export to a JOB from the tool palette as it's missing.  

Any suggestions or plausible causes they would throw this error?
