Need BIP Excel templates to allow for conditional logic like RTF templates

We have a RTF template we converted to Excel because of another limitation/bug that is not fixed where RTF template viewed as Excel does not view correctly on the server. We can't add if logic around the Excel template like we can in the RTF to hide the headings and totals. I entered an Oracle SR and they confirmed this is a limitation and asked me to enter a enhancement request. Please vote for this to increase the capabilities when using Excel templates especially with the other limitations of RTF viewed as Excel and the bug is not fixed yet.

Issue: the headings and totals section still display since can't add conditional logic around them like we can in RTF templates.
