How to fetch Recipient details from Leave Donation Real Time Subject Area

i was trying to fetch the absence donation Recipient details like (First name Last name of Recipient and Alias details ) i was not able to drag and drop those columns. It says "There was problem retrieving those response data"

Note - User has all the necessary roles add to his account

Can you please provide some more information like:

• Is it an existing Report that you are trying to extend?
• Which subject area has been used here?
• If possible attach your report xml / catalog.

It'll help to replicate the issue in our end and will help to find potential root cause or any resolution.

Hi,

Thanks for the details.

I was using the attached catalog in our instances and it is working fine. I tried multiple non production environments and it was not throwing any error.

Can you please try your report in any other non-prod environment to see if it is working there.

Also can you please try this report with an user who have BI Admin role to see if it is working or not?

Looks like you are using a demo instance. Are you able to confirm if you are able to see the details from application UI?

Can you please check what settings are there in your env for following?

Also:

• Have you tried the same report with different browsers after clearing the browser cache & cookies?
• Are you able to get similar report from other subject areas?

2. Yes for other absence details i was able to fetch the details from other subject area
