The user would like the ability to click on "Reload Dataset" with a check box to reload incrementally.
Use Case:
- User uploads an Excel/CSV file with January 2025 data
- Next month, the user receives the file for February 2025 data
- The user will click "Reload Dataset" to load February data, appending to the previously loaded January data
