The user would like the ability to click on "Reload Dataset" with a check box to reload incrementally.

Use Case:

User uploads an Excel/CSV file with January 2025 data
Next month, the user receives the file for February 2025 data
The user will click "Reload Dataset" to load February data, appending to the previously loaded January data
