is there any configuration change which can restrict report run time in BI analytics on Application

Hello, does any know if there is any configuration change which can restrict reports run time in BI analytics on Application?

Currently our scheduled reports run many hours which cause all kind of performance issues, we would like to see if there is any thing we can do to terminate the reports (like run more than 3 hours) on the applications level (we can not do that on the DB level since we have lot of other jobs running long than 3 hours), thanks a lot!! very appreciate your help!!
