We are trying to use the Data Validation feature
We created a user like described here: Create a User to Validate the Extracted Data
But it says insufficient privileges in origin system, why?
Hi @Stefano_Mazzocca,
Quick Query:
Have you checked the Prerequisite section?
Is that user able to login to Fusion Application and able execute OTBI Reports?
Please take a look into the below document for details.

Is your identity domain used by Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence different from the one used by Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications?
If ye, then you need to ensure that the user who validates the data in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence also exists in the Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications identity domain.
Also, In the Create Roles wizard, on the Role Hierarchy page, add the BI Impersonator role as a member of the newly created BI Abstract role.
