Reporting on Incomplete Applications

We are working with our Management Service team to create an Incomplete Applications report in BIP. Is this possible and if so, what fields do we need to pull?
Thanks,
Mark

What is an incomplete application?
You mean some module which config isn't complete?
not sure how you can tell that - alot of functionality is optional0 -
@gclampitt for instance, if I'm applying for a job and drop off the application, close the web browser window or sign-out of the ORC site. My application would go into "Draft" or "Incomplete".

Ah "applications" as in job application…i see…thought you meant application setup.
Sorry not sure on that we don't use recruitment - isn't there a recruitment SA where can report on application statis? - create a report then look at the SQL then use that if need a BIP report?
or can just create a BIP report using a data model based upon an OTBI report0 -
@gclampitt Sorry, about that. Yea, it's the job application. We were able to find a table we can pull from, IRC_CX_APP_DRAFTS. Hopefully this will give us what we need.

Hi Mark,
Please update us if you get what you are looking for. I found a similar thread and looks like this table is not intended to report on draft submissions:

Thanks.

@MandeepGupta Thank you. I will keep you updated with what we find.

Hi @MarkS,
It seems ORC don't capture the intermediate states before the actual submission as a result it might not be possible to capture those data for which submission has not done or Transaction has not been created.
Please take a look into the following Post which might be useful.
Generate candidate list for incomplete submissions — Cloud Customer Connect
Hope this help.
Thank You!

We did find this table helpful, IRC_CX_APP_DRAFTS though we have a feeling it is outputting more incomplete applications then we thought we would have. An incomplete application is supposed to fall off of the report every 30 days based on the application creation date. We also aren't sure if when pulling for 30 days, if it is a cumulative count or a count by day. If it is a cumulative count, then it would explain the higher rate of incomplete applications. We also found a trend that the numbers seem to drop over the weekends which makes us second guess ourselves.
