@Ruvina Khan As mentioned by @Sumanth V -Oracle You can create a Data Connection in the FDI integrated OAC to the Oracle Application connector. Once done, you can create a dataset based on the OTBI Connection.

The OTBI Subject areas will be visible post that.

Can you please provide some more details regarding your requirement, it will be helpful for fellow community members to understand and offering potential solution.

i.e. Are you looking to embed OTBI SAs within FDI or trying to combine OTBI SAs with FDI, etc.

From Administration console for Fusion Data Intelligence page, go to Data Configuration —> Data Augmentation —> Select Create Option —> Choose Augmentation —> Follow steps 1 to 6 to create the Data set in FDI using OTBI Subject area/PVOS

When I try this, I get the following error:

Failed to save connection "there was an unexpected error while processing this request.

I am using the Local credentials and I tried All three options for Authentication.

I createdf an OTBI Finance Period Status Close report and would like to generate the POV log for FDI link. Please advise how to do it. I heard under our username, we should see administrator. Is there a role needed? Appreciate your advise.

By above process we can connect OTBI SA and create the New data set based on selected columns or Folders. But we can not bring entire SA as-is into FDI. In my case we required Entire Subject area into FDI. Can you please help us how to do it.
