OAS: Unable to login to Analytics Console Post Upgrade to OAS 7.6.

Hi All,
I did upgrade from OAS 7.0 to OAS 7.6 on Linux Machines. Used the same Oracle WebLogic Server 12c (12.2.1.4) version for OAS 7.0(2023) & OAS 7.6(2024)
I was able to start the services post Upgrade, able to login to Weblogic Console & EM Console.
But post upgrade to OAS 7.6, I am unable to login to Analytics console. I am getting error "The specified credentials could not be authenticated, please"
Can someone please check on this?
I have verified the below:
$DOMAIN_HOME/bitools/bin/status.sh → All services are running.
Weblogic Console > deployments : All deployments are Active.
Also i see below exceptions in bi_server1 log
