Hello,

I had been tasked with creating a reporting with hinged on the values within the field "HRM Group Override" which is found in the Person Management area within Oracle Fusion,

Using Reports and Analytics, this field cannot be found in any of the subject areas (Including Flex fields). I referred to the spreadsheets that show the mapping of fields within my Oracle version, and it is also not there.

Unfortunately, this report is an absolutely necessity.

I posted this initially in the forums and was advised to post it here, in Ideas. However I am looking for more immediate support, any ideas?

Thanks for your time

Hi, I noticed you posted this question in the Fusion Data Intelligence community; however, it seems like you're referring to OTBI subject areas. Could you clarify if you're working with FDI and if your reporting requirements are specifically for Fusion Data Intelligence (HCM Analytics)?

    Hi Ravi,

I don't think I am qualified to answer that question so simply - But I believe yes, it is within the OTBI subject areas. I am not working with FDI.

We use 'Oracle Fusion' for HCM, etc. Under Person Management, there is a field (HCM Group Override) where identifying information is placed depending on the role of the employee.

When creating an Analysis in "Reporting and Analytics" this field is nowhere to be found in any of the subject areas (Have gone as far as trying to filter all unknown columns in each subject area incase it is labeled differently).

I am guessing I am in the wrong place - Do you know where I should bring this? Thanks!

  • Thank you! I'll move the idea to the relevant idea lab.
