Hi all,
I need to do some changes to deployed RPD in OBIEE 12c. I followed the steps mentioned in the below link and downloaded the RPD. But when i try to locate the RPD it is not present in the mentioned location. Please help.

As a result, you are supposed to get either rpd file or an error message. And because you say that you have no rpd, I guess you have some error message to share.
Hi, thats right, lets start sharing the log to be more specific with your issue, just a comment to add, the file /datamodel/customizations/default/default-diff.xml, its the online RPD if this XML. The live.rpd is a empty rpd which is uploaded when the service of your BI Server is starting, the XML (default-diff.xml ) is applied using the XML API, please, did you try to download ? using something like this: <obiee12c home>/user_projects/domains/bi/bitools/bin/data-model-cmd.sh downloadrpd -O obiee.rpd -SI ssi -U weblogic -P Password1.

When i tried to upload a different RPD it gave me this error. Also nqsserver.exe has stopped working and i had to closed it. Which log i need to check now??

Please could you tell us about the bi-lcm-rest.log.0 in <Oracle_Home>/user_projects/domains/<domain name>/servers/bi_server1/logs
