OAC site admin can change permissions of DV datasets, connections without changing ownership
As an admin, I can see all DV objects is by using the content management tile in the OAC console. However if I want to make a change to a DV dataset, connection or dataflow that was created by a user, I have to change the ownership. For example if a user created a dataset and forgot to secure it properly then I have to first change ownership, make the access change and then change ownership back to the user.
I would like to request an enhancement so OCI admins, OAC admins can change DV object properties without changing ownership.

You can have your users add you with full control to the objects. Otherwise, the pattern is to explicitly change ownership to an admin user, make changes and set it back (if desired). This makes the overtake clear from an audit perspective.

We would like to roll out DV capabilities for a couple of hundred analysts. It will be hard to expect and enforce all of them to add full control to the admin user whenever they create new DV objects.
In classic analysis, I am able to modify all properties of all objects in the catalog as an admin. Could we get a similar governance mechanism for DV objects?
Wouldn't the audit tables capture the change even if admin is not the owner? Also how can I access this audit data of all OAC objects?
