Current limitation in Budgetary Control Subject Area (preview)

Budgetary Control subject area, currently under preview, provides useful transactional data. However, it would be beneficial if additional procurement-related details could be included, such as:

PR Number

PR Creation Date

PR Created By

PO Number

PO Creation Date

PO Created By

While some of this information can be retrieved through liquidation details, it doesn't offer a required output. In real-time, users expect a report that includes budgetary data and key procurement document details and invoice details.

Suggested Enhancement:

Introduce additional fields to the Budgetary Control subject area to provide a more holistic view, enabling users to trace the entire procurement-to-payment lifecycle in one place. This would improve usability and reduce the need for cross-subject joins or multiple reports.
