FDI Predictive Analytics

I am working on an A.I. predictive analytics initiative for data pipeline run times in FDI (internal Oracle employee). The goal is to predict how long processes will take using historical data. I found that FDI/OAC only provides the run completed timestamp, which is insufficient for accurate predictions. My idea request may need other factors such as data volume, data complexity, concurrent queries running, customization requiring full loads, etc. Please let me know if this idea request can be started, thank you.
