Easy option for Scheduling of OAS Reports for non-admin users

Description (Required): Need a simple feature wherein non-admin users could view list of reports/Dashboards they are authorized to, and Right Click on them and Schedule the report. The Schedule option should have have an option to provide optional inputs that, if provided should override the default prompts, in case the user is trying to schedule a dashboard.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):As of now OAS only allows to schedule analysis from the catalog however in our Organization most of the OAC Reports are having Dashboard Prompts and business users would like to schedule these prompt based reports/dashboards so as to speed up exporting financial reports during the month end activities.

This is required to save time by business users during month end and year end activities for speeding up the Process. Business users cannot make use of Agent feature. They need a simple feature to schedule Dashboards and reports.
