Which BI Role is required to develop OTBI Agent

Hi,

Can you please suggest which BI Role is required to develop OTBI Agent?

Do we need BI Admin Role to create or schedule OTBI Agent?

Hi Ninja,

Welcome to the Oracle Analytics community.

'BI Author Role' should have access to create OTBI Agent as per OOTB configuration, so you don't need 'BI Admin' Role to develop the OTBI Agent.

It can be checked / changed from 'Managed Privileges' under 'Administration'.

Please note BI Admin Role is needed to access 'Administration' tab under the 'My Profile'.
