Hi Team,
We recently completed an upgrade from OBIEE to Oracle Analytics Server (OAS). Post-upgrade, we’re facing issues with Agents not functioning as expected.
Issue Details: Added screenshots
• When attempting to enable agents manually, it throws an error.
• Following Oracle’s suggested approach to monitor agents via Console > Monitor Deliveries, the page also throws an error upon clicking.
Could you please suggest how to further troubleshoot or resolve this issue?
Are there any known post-upgrade configurations or patches required for agents to function properly in OAS 2024?
