Add “Vizualization in Tooltip” Support in OAC/OAS DV

Current Limitation:
Tooltips in OAC/OAS DV only show static text and measures. There’s no support for embedding visualizations.
Feature Request:
Enable mini charts or KPIs inside tooltips, like Tableau’s “Viz in Tooltip.” This would allow users to display relevant trends or breakdowns on hover — without taking up extra space in the canvas.
Example:
Hover over a feature in a backlog chart → show a line chart of its logged hours over time in the tooltip.
