There are a few cases wherein we need to pass a 0 value while configuring Salary differential.
Oracle confirmed that it currently disallows any 0 values on Salary Differentials. The work around for same is to pass a very small value on the differential.
eg:- "0.0000001."
Need to have an enhancement in subsequent releases to allow a 0 value on salary differentials.
